RF Glyde

Gliding Medium

Not all gliding mediums are created equal and deliver the same results! Who would’ve thought? Conductive gel is exactly that, a conductor that conducts some of the RF energy superficially, which may result in superficial grazing and more epidermal heating.

On the other hand, glycerine based gliding mediums, such as the Skindividual’s RF Glyde, are insulators, which insulate and protect the epidermis, ensuring the RF current is delivered dermally, which enhances results whilst reducing risks of grazing especially when a transducer is accidentally lifted off the skin.

RF Glyde was specially designed to create a thicker more even insulation on the epidermis for consistent temperature allowing maximum energy to more easily pass through the epidermis into the dermis for more efficacious results. This thicker more luxe consistency does not go runny with heat making it a safer, less messy option than straight glycerin preventing grazing caused by arching.
