**COVID UPDATE**

Due to restrictions and/or lockdowns throughout Australia:

• Shipping providers are experiencing delays and cannot guarantee delivery times, for both standard and express items
• Pre-order/backorder items can be delayed due to manufacturing or delivery delays, dispatch dates listed on product pages are only estimates and subject to change without notice
• Dispatch can be occasionally delayed

 

DISPATCH
Orders are fulfilled and dispatched 9:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian & Australian public holidays. Skindividual Functional Skincare aims for same day fulfilment of orders placed before 12:00pm, however please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be dispatched, depending on product availability and excluding pre-order items. 

DELIVERY
Skindividual Functional Skincare use Australia Post for shipment and are not liable for late delivery or non-delivery as a result of factors outside the reasonable control of the Seller. 

MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately (within 5 business days of delivery) if any items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include images for quicker processing. Skindividual Functional Skincare is not liable for parcel loss or damage that may occur during transit.
