New Ordering System

We are excited to introduce a new ordering system aimed at simplifying the process for you. This system will make it easier to navigate and purchase Skindividual, TADLI and device consumables in one place.

An invite was sent to all Skindividual partners to finalise their new account and set a password, if you have not received an email you can apply here.

Minimum Order Volume

We have implemented a minimum order volume of three products per retail item. This policy will not apply to professional backbar products. Our commitment to being an accessible brand remains strong, and we are proud to continue offering no opening order minimum for the first order placed by a clinic.

The 5% price increase, announced earlier this year, has also been implemented. his decision, made after maintaining our prices for three years, reflects the rising costs of ingredients and manufacturing. While we strive to keep our prices competitive, this adjustment is necessary to continue offering the high-quality products you and your clients love.
